Apartment fire injures four people, one seriously

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One man has been seriously hurt and three others suffered minor injuries in an early morning apartment fire on the city's west side.

Wayne township authorities the fire broke out around 3:30 this morning at Crestwood Village.

Investigators say 70 elderly residents were evacuated and placed in another apartment building nearby.

Crews have not determined how the fire started.

Authorities say at least 20 people have been displaced by the fire.
