INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Saturday, locals will be able to dispose of unwanted prescription medications, shred confidential documents, and drop off unwanted electronic devices at free recycling events across the state.
In Brownsburg, the event will take place at 1500 E. Main Street, at the former Carson Ford Dealership. The event goes from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
You can drop off cell phones, computers, printers, copiers, microwave ovens, etc. For shredding, there is a limit of ten boxes per vehicle. If you plan on bringing documents to shred, you do not need to remove staples, paper clips, or rubber bands.
