INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Former Marion County prosecutor Carl Brizzi is giving back contributions his campaign received from indicted financier Tim Durham.
Nearly $200,000 has been given to the trustee of Fair Finance, the business Durham is accused of using to bilk money out of investors for his own personal gain.
The biggest chunk of money is being returned from Brizzi’s campaign fund while he is giving $15,000 back of his personal money.
Brizzi has also agreed to return an additional $10,000 in monthly installments.
