INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Those who attended the Saturday performance of Les Miserables cut short by a power outage at Clowes Hall will be given a full refund, Butler University said Monday.
A lightning strike at the Butler power plant was blamed for the outage that led to the 2 p.m. performance being cut short Saturday.
Butler said Broadway in Indianapolis season subscribers and anyone who bought their tickets through TicketMaster via phone, online or any other platform will receive an automatic refund if they had tickets for the performance that was cut short. Tickets purchased by cash or check will be refunded by mail within four weeks.
Those who purchased tickets at the Clowes Hall box office should contact Clowes Hall for a refund. Those who paid at the box office by credit card can call 317-940-6444. Those who paid by cash or check must visit the box office in person to arrange for the refund.
Group ticket clients will be contacted directly by Broadway in Indianapolis to make arrangements for refunds.
All ticketholders are urged to verify refund information through their point of purchase.
