Butler students take icy dip for cause

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Butler University students plunged into ice cold water as part of the 2013 Polar Plunge Saturday.

The event benefits Special Olympics Indiana.

Students flocked to the Butler Health and Recreation Complex Saturday to take part in the event.

One Feb. 23, the largest Polar Plunge in the state will take place at Eagle Creek Reservoir at Eagle Creek Park for the fourteenth year.

Last year, the Polar Plunge raised more than $390,000 for Special Olympics Indiana.
