INDIANAPOLIS, IN.(WISH) - Two people were treated for minor injuries after a car drove into the Hardee's Restaurant at 4915 east 56th street just after 10 am Saturday morning.
Authorities say 82 year old Carl Thelin was pulling into a parking spot just east of the drive-through window, when his foot got stuck under the brake.
The car hit the south wall breaking a large plate glass window.
Flying glass hit two customers who were treated at the scene and released.
Crews checked the building and found it was structurally sound.
The restaurant did not close.
Thelin was also checked out at the scene.
He is ok.
