INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The city of Indianapolis reached a financial settlement in a civil case over the deadly David Bisard crash in 2010.

Bisard was in an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department squad car in 2010 when he plowed into motorcyclists, killing one and seriously injuring two others.

The lawsuit settlement totals $2.3 million, according to city officials. Of that, Kurt Weekly got $1.35 million in the settlement and Mary Mills got $975,000.
