Crash between SUV and semi sends 2 to hospital

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An accident between a semi and an SUV sent two people to the hospital Thursday afternoon, however their injuries are not considered life-threatening. The crash occurred at the intersection of 10th Street and Delaware Street around 1:30pm.
Indianapolis Fire Department’s Hazardous Materials Team was called to the scene because the fuel tank of the semi was damaged in the crash. After the fuel was removed from the damaged tank, IFD determined that there was no environmental danger. Streets were closed for approximately 30 minutes.
