INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Divers searched a retention pond on the city’s northeast side Tuesday night in connection with a possible missing person, but only clothing was found.

Indianapolis Fire Department said its tactical dive team was called at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday to search the water near 65th Street and Keystone Avenue. A shoe was found outside the fence around the pond, IFD said, and another was found at a business to the west of the pond.

Divers did find a black fleece pullover, but it was not known whether it belonged to the possible missing person.

The investigation is continuing, IFD said.
