INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Police say one person was in very critical condition Monday morning after an overnight crash on the city’s northwest side.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were sent to North High School Road near 46th Street around 3:30 a.m. Monday after a car veered off the road and struck a utility pole.
The driver was tossed from the vehicle on impact. The car flipped onto its top and power lines fell onto the car.
Medics took the driver to Wishard Memorial Hospital.
