INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One day after two people were questioned in connection with the explosion in the Richmond Hill subdivision, sources told 24-Hour News 8 that more warrants are expected soon.

No arrests were made when people were questioned on Tuesday.

18 hours after Bob Leonard was taken in for questioning by police, no one answered the door at his trailer Wednesday morning. Neighbors say he arrived home around 11 p.m. Tuesday and found a padlock on his door.

Neighbors say Leonard told them he was asked by police if he was involved in the explosion.

“He said he wasn't and that they let him out because he wasn't involved in it. And, they just took him in for questioning and let him out,” said neighbor Brad Horton.

Several neighbors told 24-Hour News 8 they saw Bob Leonard in a white van just two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, attorney Randy Cable confirmed to I-Team 8 that his client — Bob's brother Mark Leonard — owns a white van. Police impounded a white van matching that description from a now vacant hotel. A police report lists Mark Leonard as the property's security manager.

Cable wasn't in his office Wednesday, but told I-Team 8 by phone that neither Leonard nor Shirley has spoken with police since they announced the explosion as a criminal investigation.

Neighbors of Bob Leonard say police wearing “bomb squad” shirts were back in the mobile home community Wednesday morning looking at vacant trailers.

“They asked me if he wanted me to keep anything or asked me to hold anything for him, and he's not like that, so I of course said no,” said neighbor Whitney Essex.
