FOP could pay Bisard's legal expenses

Officer Bisard reportedly asked the FOP to cancel its vote to provide him with assistance paying his legal bills.

The Indianapolis chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police will hold a vote to decide whether or not the organization will help Officer David Bisard with his legal expenses.
Bisard is charged with reckless homicide in connection with a crash that killed one motorcyclist and seriously injured two others.
