INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Four Wayne Township schools were on lockdown for an hour Thursday morning so police could find a burglary suspect in a nearby neighborhood.

Wayne Township School District Spokeswoman Mary McDermott said the schools that were lockdown - Ben Davis High School, freshman center, Chapel Hill seventh and eighth grade center and Chapelwood Elementary – were all near the intersection of 10th Street and Girls School Road. The lockdown expired around 10:20 a.m. Thursday.

It is unclear whether or not the burglary suspect was found.
