Habitat dedicates new Indy home

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis handed over a home to a family on Thursday.

The Rice family is now able to move in after months of hard work from the community. The dedication ceremony was on the near east side.

Family members cut the ribbon and began moving into the new home. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and other community partners attended the event.
