Heavy apartment fire in Lawrence

LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) - Firefighters are battling an apartment fire in Lawrence that occurred Saturday afternoon.
Firefighters arrived on scene around 3:15 p.m. at the the Pinnacle Square Apartments in the 8000 block of Rue Riviera and found heavy smoke and fire showing.
All occupants in the building that was on fire escaped unharmed. The other surrounding apartment buildings were abandoned, according to firefighters.
The cause of the fire is unknown and firefighters are on the scene investigating.
