INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Thousands of central Indiana families will have little happier Thanksgiving thanks to the Colts.
The team’s program Horseshoe Helpings, in conjunction with US Foods, distributed more than 43,000 pounds of food – including turkeys, pie and all the trimmings – amongst 2,000 pre-selected families.
Colts players and cheerleaders were among the more than 100 volunteers passing out the food Tuesday morning.
