I-69 crash blocks traffic, leaves car wheels up

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A crash that left one vehicle upside-down was clogging traffic Monday afternoon on Interestate 69 near Castleton.

The incident happened at about 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes at the 2.8-mile marker of I-69, near the 96th Street accident. Emergency crews closed various lanes as cleanup and investigation continued, and traffic backed up to the south. By about 3:30 p.m., all lanes had reopened, INDOT said.

Indiana State Police said there were minor injuries in the crash, but no further information was available as of about 4 p.m.
