IMPD officer named to IBJ's 40 Under 40

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - An IMPD Officer has been named to the Indianapolis Business Journal's "40 under 40" class of 2013.

Officer Kendale Adams was selected from hundreds of nominations for his success and community service. Kendale is currently working in the media relations office at IMPD.

According to a release from IFD, Kendale went through a 100 Black Men mentoring program that paired him with a police officer. By his senior year in college, he had already started to join IMPD. 

As a member of the media relation office Kendale has become a crucial part in the 24-Hour-News 8 gathering process.
