IMPD: Missing boy, 10, found safe

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says a missing 10-year-old boy has been found safe.

According to IMPD, Larry Stone was found safe and in good health Monday night. A security officer working at the Marsh Supermarket in the 6900 block of West 38th Street located Larry walking through the store. The officer took Larry to the security office where he then contacted police.

Larry was later brought back to the school and released to his parents.

Larry Stone was reported missing after he was last seen around 3:30 p.m. leaving North Wayne Elementary School. North Wayne Elementary School is located at the intersection of Eagle Creek Parkway and West 34th Street.

He was reported last seen wearing a black hat, pants, shoes, coat and glasses. He is described as 3 foot 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 70 pounds with light skin.
