Indy doctor accused in sex crimes may be suspended

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Attorney General has filed a petition to suspend the medical license of Dr. Segun Rasaki.

The move comes after the Marion County prosecutor filed sexual battery and battery charges against the Indianapolis physician.

According to the AG’s office, eight female patients have come forward and complained of inappropriate touching by Dr. Rasaki.

In January the State revoked the doctor's license to prescribe medications.

A full hearing by the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
