Investigation continues at subdivision

22 families have arrived at Recovery Center

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Fire Department announced Saturday that the investigation at the Richmond Hill subdivision continues.

Investigators say no additional injuries have been reported as they continue to canvass the explosion site.

The Multi Agency Recovery Center at Southport Presbyterian Church is open for its second day Saturday. There, affected residents can access resources from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

IFD says of the 80 homes affected in the explosion, 22 families arrived to the Recovery Center as of 2 p.m. Saturday.

Officials also extended a thank you to the hundreds of people who have come forward to help those impacted by the explosion over the past week.
