INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A suspect that prompted lockdowns at four schools Thursday morning is still at large after a chase and crash.
Lockdowns have been lifted, but the following schools were locked down for some time: School 96, Meredith Nicholson School, 3651 N. Kiel Ave.; School 109, Jonathon Jennings School, 3725 N. Kiel Ave.; Gambold Preparatory Magnet High School, 2725 N. Kiel Ave.; and Northwest High School, 5525 W. 34th St.
Officers tried to pull over a car once they realized it was stolen. According to police, it was stolen on Nov. 5. Police say the suspect fled, eventually crashed into another car.
