INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The ground rules have been set in the case against indicted Indianapolis businessman Tim Durham and his two business partners James Cochran and Rick Snow, and the lavish lifestyle lived by the three men can and will be used against them in the trial.
The judge made that ruling Thursday, putting an end to the Durham defense's attempt to keep that information out of the courtroom.
The three are accused of bilking more than 5,000 investors out of more than $200 million dollars.
More than 30 witnesses are scheduled to be called in the trial set to June 8. It is expected to last four or five weeks.
