INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Jurors are hung in the case of an Indianapolis police officer accused of stealing money from people during traffic stops.

David Butler was on trial facing robbery and officials misconduct charges. He was arrested April 29, 2011.

Early Friday morning, officials from a Marion County court said the jury was hung in the case. Attorneys and the judge were meeting Friday to determine whether the case should be re-tried.
