INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Nine kids have been injured in a crash between a box truck and a school bus on the northwest side, police said. One of the drivers was also hurt.

The crash happened at about 3:10 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of 82nd Street and Zionsville Road. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department spokesman Kendale Adams said all the injured children were awake and breathing.

The bus involved was a Pike Township school bus.
