INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One day after learning Colts Coach Chuck Pagano is battling leukemia -- the outpouring of support is overwhelming. Fans have sent well wishes to lift the coach’s spirits.

But that's just the beginning of how the Colts Family is showing we're all Chuck Strong.

When you enter the Fishers Barbershop on East 116th Street, you’ll notice they bleed blue and white. Kurt Hoffman, the owner, talked to his customers Tuesday about more than their cut and shave.

“Things happen for a reason. I don't know what the reason is for this,” Hoffman said. Fortunately they caught this early enough. Hopefully they can cure coach.”

Inside of the barbershop, the team scheduled with a picture of Pagano hangs near the main entrance.

“Anytime you hear something like that it is sad,” Steve Cashore said. “It doesn’t matter if it’s a high profile coach or somebody down the street.”

A local T-shirt business, Hayes and Taylor located in Fishers, is doing its part .

“We immediately thought lets make T-Shirt and benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society give them all the proceeds,” Brian Kelly said. “Let’s do something nice for a change.”

Kelly said he has nearly 400 orders.

Normally he prints from the garage of his south side home but this project can't handle that volume.

So, he will contract an outside company to get the job done.

The shirt sports a picture of Coach Pagano wearing his head set with the message “Get Well Coach.” Plus, the hash tag "chuck strong" appears.

This, a small gesture to help Pagano through his journey.

Back at the barbershop, Hoffmann says he'll do what he knows best.

“I'll pray for the coach and the team as well,” Hoffman said.
