INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Just after midnight Friday morning, Indianapolis Fire Department was called to a large pile of railroad lumber on fire just south of Victory Field.
Firefighters had some trouble getting to the fire due to locked gates, but after getting through they were able to control the fire within an hour.
Crews say they think someone had been in the area just before the fire started. Estimated cost of the damage is $5,000. There were no injuries.
