INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police arrested a man who they say was driving drunk when he crashed into a tanker truck early Thursday.

The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. at a railroad crossing near Harding Street and Hanna Avenue on the city's southwest side.

Officers say the tanker was stopped at the tracks when the driver crashed into it. His name was not released as of Thursday morning.

The tanker was empty at the time. Police say it was headed to be filled with jet fuel.
