Man hit by car in critical condition

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Lawrence Police Department confirms one person is in critical condition after being hit by a car early Saturday morning.

The incident occurred around midnight in the 4200 block of North Post Road.

Dispatchers say a woman struck a male pedestrian outside of a gas station. The man was sent to Methodist Hospital in critical condition.

Officers say the driver of the passenger car cooperated with police.
