INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers are searching for two suspects they say attacked a resident in a home on the city's south side, using a machete to rob him.
Around 3:45 a.m. Monday, the resident called police saying he had been attacked and robbed in the 1100 block of Martin Street.
The scene is near South Shelby Street and East Troy Avenue.
The resident told police two men ran into the residence, one was wielding a machete and struck him in the head and fled after taking some prescription medications.
