INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Marion County treasurer Michael Rodman will resign his post Tuesday in order to spend more time with his family.

Rodman’s last day will be Jan. 31.

“I have enjoyed the past seven years of public service as Marion County Treasurer but realize it is time for me to spend more time with my family,” Rodman said. “Fortunately, I have a good staff and have been blessed with two great deputies in Tom Creasser and Cindy Land. I know they will do more than just carry on the good work we have accomplished as a team in the past.”
