Mayor to deliver State of the City address

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard is scheduled to deliver his fifth State of the City address Tuesday night.
Mayor’s office officials say the mayor will focus on economic development and the success of hosting the Super Bowl.
A spokesman from the mayor’s office said Ballard will talk about moving the city forward with the positive energy created by the Super Bowl.
Ballard’s address begins at 5:15 p.m. at a business called Developer Town on Winthrop Avenue.
