Murat name change could be in limbo

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Murat Centre name change deal may undone; The Murat Temple Association claims that they own the name rights and have no intention to sell them.

An announcement was made Tuesday that Live Nation, the company that operates the Murat theater, sold the naming rights to Evansville, Ind. based Old National.

The Murat Temple Association board member and attorney, Greg Miller, says Live Nation sold something that they did not have the rights to sell.

Miller says that lawyers on both sides of the deal are reviewing the situation.
