INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The new Chase Legacy Center on the near east side officially opened Tuesday. The project is partly funded by the NFL and community donors.

The site hosts a full-service fitness facility, media studio, computer lab and art studio.

"It's amazing to see all of this finally come together. We have been working for so hard for so long," said Amanda Bocik, director of the center.

To celebrate the Super Bowl, patrons can use the facility for free for the month of February. After that, adult memberships are $20 per month and youth memberships are $10 per month.

The legacy center is jut part of the larger legacy project that includes housing and business development on the near east side.
