INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The man police accuse of hiding a camera in his shoe to “peep” up women’s skirts at an Indianapolis mall now faces three additional counts of voyeurism, bringing the total number of charges against him to 15.
Three additional victims were identified in an amended court document that outlined the incidents of February 27th at Castleton Square Mall. The court document outlines the additional victims were photographed at Von Maur, Forever 21 and a third inside Bath and Body Works.
Each of the victims told investigators that a man, later identified as David Delagrange, followed them around the store and got very close to them. They described what they wore that day and were able to identify themselves on video.
A total of 10 victims have been identified in the investigation, four of whom are minors.
Delagrange has a pre-trial set for May 6th and faces trial on May 12th in Criminal Court 3.
