Man found shot in face

INDIANAPOLIS, IN.(WISH) - An Indianapolis man is in critical but stable condition after being shot in the face early Sunday morning on Indy's northwest side.

The shooting happened around 2:30 am near Sharon Avenue and 21st Street.

According to police, they found the victim, Jeffrey Glasper, lying on the ground in the front yard of the home.

Glasper was bleeding from an apparent gunshot wound to the face, police state.

The victim was taken to Wishard Hospital in critical condition.

Police are still trying to piece this investigation together and are looking for suspects.
