INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department confirms one person is in serious condition after an accident near Foltz and West Troy Avenue.
The incident occurred just after 8 a.m. Friday morning.
Dispatchers say this was a two car accident. One person was seriously injured.
