One man killed in single-car crash

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Indiana State Police dispatchers say one man was killed in a single-vehicle accident early Saturday morning.

Officials say the incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on eastbound I-70 near the 91 mile marker. This is near east 21st Street and north Post Road on the east side of Indianapolis.

Dispatchers tell 24-Hour-News 8 the man was pronounced dead on scene.

The right lane of eastbound I-70 was closed for a few hours Saturday morning while crews responded to the crash.
