Overturned semi kills one on I-74 ramp near I-465

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - One person was dead Thursday afternoon after a crash on Interstate 74 where it meets Interstate 465 on the city’s east side.
Police officials say an overturned semitrailer was the only vehicle involved in the crash. It happened just before 4 p.m. on the I-74 westbound ramp to northbound I-465.
The ramp was scheduled to be closed until nearly 10 p.m. for cleanup of the resulting fuel spill and the truck's load of steel coil, disrupting rush hour and evening traffic.
