INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Two Labor Day parades have been canceled as a result of expected rain coming into Indiana from the remnants of Hurricane Isaac.

Organizers for the Central Indiana Labor Council’s annual Labor Day parade, scheduled for Saturday, canceled their event because of the weather.

The Miracle Mile Parade and America We Remember events have been canceled, as well.

“All of us are saddened by the cancellations,” organizers for the Miracle Mile Parade said on the event’s website.
