INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Peyton Manning is coming back to Indianapolis next month for a fundraising dinner benefiting the children's hospital that was named for him while he was the Colts quarterback.

St. Vincent Health says Peyton and Ashley Manning are both expected to attend as honorary chairpersons of the May 5 Celebration of Caring Gala. The event benefits the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent on the city's north side that was named for him in 2007.

The Colts released the four-time NFL MVP last month and Manning started workouts Monday with his new Denver Broncos teammates.

The fifth annual hospital gala will be at the JW Marriott hotel in downtown Indianapolis. St. Vincent Health says the previous events have raised more than $2 million.
