INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A pizza delivery driver was robbed of $48, his iPhone and $44 dollars worth of pizza Sunday night, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police say.

According to the police report, the 36-year-old delivery man took the pizza order to 1530 Charring Cross where the resident told the driver he did not order pizza. The delivery man called the store that gave him an address of 1533 Shirley Lane, about 200 feet away.

Then, the report says, the suspect walked up to the driver, produced a knife, and demanded money from the driver.

Neighbors told police they say a person meeting the suspect’s description lurking behind a trailer just down the street.

Police are still investigating the robbery.
