Police: Drunk man tried to grab officer's genitals

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A 21-year-old man was arrested after police say he tried to grab an officer's genitals.
According to an IMPD police report, an officer was working security at a downtown bar when he witnessed 21-year-old Omer Pucar in an altercation with a member of the bar's staff. The officer asked Pucar, who was very intoxicated, to leave the bar several times and eventually escorted him off the property.
When the officer let go of Pucar, he attempted to strike the officer and tackle him to the ground. Pucar was placed in handcuffs and then tried to grab the officer's genital area, IMPD reports.
The officer was forced to tackle Pucar to the ground.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. Friday. Pucar was arrested on preliminary charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.
