INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A string of events involving a van left two people injured Friday morning. It all happened near Lasalle and Ninth streets.

Police officials said a van struck a vehicle, hurting someone inside. The van then left the scene, struck two cars and fled again, police said.

In the process of fleeing the second time, the van lost a tire, hit an embankment and crashed. The driver broke a leg.

Police said the van was stolen and officers discovered stolen items in the van.
