Police: Man fatally shot armed robber

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says a man fatally shot an armed robber early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the scene in the 3700 block of Park Tudor Drive shortly after 1:30 a.m on report of a person shot. Inside, officers found one person suffering from gunshot wounds.
Officers determined that the male resident shot one person who was trying to robe him. Another armed robber got away.
That suspect has since died from their injuries. The identity of that person is not yet known.
Police believe the other suspect left the scene in a dark colored Pontiac Firebird or Chevrolet Camaro.
