INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - More than $100,000 was raised at the second annual Republic Airlines Airplane pull for the Indiana Children's Wish Fund on Saturday.
The event started at 9:00 a.m. at the Indianapolis International Airport Frontier Airlines Hangar.
31 teams of ten people raised at least $500 in pledges or donations to participate in the event.
Prizes were awarded for the fastest pull time, the team that raised the most money, the individual who raised the most money, and the team displaying the most original outfits.
The Indiana Children's Wish Fund grants wishes to Indiana Children ages 3 to 18 who suffer from a life-threatening illness.
The Indiana Children's Wish Fund has granted over 2,400 wishes within the last 28 years to Indiana children.
Wishes include trips to Disney World, meeting celebrities, shopping trips, and home computers.
All of the money raised will go to help grant those wishes.
