Riggs talks public safety plans

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The new man in charge of public safety in Indianapolis is now on the job. Troy Riggs had his first day as public safety director Monday.

He spent his first day meeting some of the men and women responsible for keeping residents safe. Tuesday, 24-Hour News 8 anchor Lauren Lowrey talked with Riggs on his plans and goals for the position.
