School bus crashes on northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - A school bus with children on board crashed Wednesday morning on the city's northwest side, police officials say.

Dispatchers say a Washington Township school bus collided with a truck. The incident happened near West 46th Street and Sylvan Road.

Officials say no children were hurt, and the students went on to school.

The pickup truck flipped in the crash, but no one in the vehicle was taken to the hospital.
