INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - The management contracts for Scotty’s Lakehouse and Scotty’s Burger Joint have been terminated by the restaurants’ owner, MSCB Group, LLC.
The parent restaurant management company to the two locations, Pots and Pans Production, announced Wednesday that while they were hired to develop the two restaurant concepts and manage operations, they have no ownership interest or equity in the locations.
Pots and Pans Production says the company is hopeful it will reach an agreement with MSCB Group, LLC with hopes the two locations will remain open through the end of December.
MSCB Group informed Pots and Pans Production the contract was terminated. Information on whether or not the location will remain open through Dec. 30 is pending.
"The last thing we want during this holiday season is to financially impact the people who are the heart of our business and have loyally given their all in running our day-to-day restaurant operations," said Scotty Wise, CEO of a Pots and Pans Production.
