INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - For a second time in two days, Indianapolis firefighters were back fighting a fire at 2337 N. LaSalle St. Sunday.
This time, crews were dispatched at 2 a.m. on a report of a garage on fire. They arrived to find heavy smoke showing, but got the fire under control in about 20 minutes.
The garage sits at the rear of the property which caught fire early Saturday morning.
The house was structurally unsound and has already been razed by the Unsafe Buildings Division. Damage to the garage is estimated at $20,000.
The Unsafe Buildings Division has been called back to demolish the garage.
Both fires remain under investigation.
